Team Building Ltd performs upon managers` request psycho-professional profiling of team members, focused on detecting their strong professional characteristics, as well as the possibilities for their future realization and exact positioning in the organization.
Team Building Ltd organizes and implements trainings oriented to:
- Team development and synchronization – the aim is to make the team members see themselves in a different, informal environment, get better knowledge of each other and synchronize themselves as characters
- Project management – from the initial idea to the final report;
- Time management – training oriented to the main personal and business factors related to time and information management. The team building includes elements of reaction to the everyday stress, as well as skills for effective planning of time and repose of the team
- Conflict management – team building focused on the abilities for recognizing conflict types, mediation and their management as a constructive resource
- Communication – sensitive type of team building oriented to the elaboration of a business and everyday behaviour style for effective communication, adequate feedback and development of the communication strategies in favour of the good team work
- Sensitive trainings for personality development – team building constructed and prepared as a sensitive type of training, oriented to the improvement of the personal communication skills on an everyday and business level, as well as to the strengths of each personality inside the team.
Team Building Ltd organizes and implements trainings for small teams – up to 10 people.
The trainings are carried out in Bulgarian, English and German language.
